Stephen Lawson is Professor of Horn and Music Theory, and Coordinator of Brass Studies at Marshall University, Huntington, WV. He is a member of the Huntington Symphony Orchestra, MU Faculty Brass Quintet, Kingsbury Woodwind Quintet and Maezel Woodwind Quintet that focuses on Classical period music performance on instruments from the 18th and early 19th century.
Lawson has presented performances and lectures at several International Horn Symposiums, and Southeast Horn Workshops, often related to historical horn performance.
